Abstract Submission Conditions

• In order to submit an abstract, you must register in the ABSTRACT SUBMISSION SYSTEM.
• Abstracts (minimum 150, maximum 500 words) must be submitted online. Submissions sent via mail, fax, email, etc. will not be evaluated.
• There is no requirement to complete abstract submission in a single session. Authors can edit their abstracts until submission.
• Abstracts must be prepared in Turkish and comply with writing rules.
• The abstract field in the system is limited to 150–500 words. Abstracts shorter than 150 or longer than 500 words cannot be saved.

Abstract Evaluation

• Presentations to be included in the symposium will be evaluated by an independent Evaluation Committee based on their academic and technical quality. Authors will be informed via email. Accepted abstracts will be included in the symposium program and, upon your approval, will be archived for future reference.

Abstract Presentation Rules

• Presentations will be conducted in Turkish
• The presentation duration is 20 minutes in total, including 5 minutes for Q&A.
